Return & exchange policy

All return requests must be logged within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted, and the item will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, free from any damage, stains, odours, or signs of wear. All original tags must be attached and packaging must be intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the sender at their cost.

The cost of returning an item to us is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Avant cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, contact us at culturecartelza@gmail.com within the 7-day window with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions. Do not send any items back before receiving confirmation from us.
