Free Delivery We offer free delivery on every order, anywhere in South Africa. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.
Delivery Time Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Johannesburg & Pretoria: 1–2 business days
- Major Cities (Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein): 2–4 business days
- Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Address Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. Culture Cartel cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses supplied by customers.
Delays While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, high shipping volumes, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team and we'll gladly assist.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
